Originally from San Francisco, Aram Sarkissian was practically born into the restaurant industry. His parents owned the popular Caravansary and Orient Express restaurants and were the creators of the famous Aram Sandwich, named after Aram just over 50 years ago for his Christening.
Now, Aram is bringing his family's deep history of fine food and celebration to the Sacramento area with gourmet catering services for home or office. In addition, a very special menu is prepared weekly for family dinners, just like Aram grew up enjoying and is now sharing with you!
